The Nursery school is a crucial environment – both from a pedagogical and educational point of view – inwhich different forms of communication are combined to help pupils develop their critical and thinking skills. The aim of Ennesimo Film Festival is to introduce children to the world of cinema by means of the multi-faceted flow of information they are exposed to from early childhood: animations, advertisements, toys, board games and many more.
By analyzing the intrinsic characteristics of the image (colours, space, light and the subject itself), the course tries to explain and to analyze the basics of visual communication, in order to allow children to understand different messages and stimulate their imagination.
The pupils will be inspired by a number of interactive, recreational and creative activities, including the vision of some short-films to take their first steps in the world of cinema!
