Non è l’Ennesima Giornata di Scuola 

What we now call Ennesimo Academy originated with Non è l’Ennesima Giornata di Scuola (lit. This is not the umpteenth day of school), the first school course we created. The name itself encapsulates a precise idea: to transform an ordinary school experience into something unique, while remaining faithful to the vision of the Festival, which was created to be ‘one more festival’ and not an exceptional event.

Once again this year, students in their third year of secondary school will have the opportunity to live an enriching educational experience. After attending the morning screenings of the Youth Selection, they will express their opinion through a voting card, thus contributing to the awarding of two Festival prizes: the Youth Prize and the Comix Award. In parallel, they will be able to participate in a film criticism competition. After analysing one of the six selected films, and applying the techniques they learnt in class with the Academy educators, they will write a critical text. The best entries will be awarded during the Festival’s closing ceremony.
