Set in Italy at the height of a devastating health crisis, Daniela's first experience as a medical intern involves communicating the deaths of patients to their families during a lockdown. One of the deceased patients seems to have no contacts, but in his final hours he leaves a message for a woman. Daniela is intrigued by the story and embarks on a quest to find her.

Andrea Casadio began his career as a director working as assistant to a documentary filmmaker with whom he also participated in the Venice Biennale. His aptitude for writing led him to work on storytelling for TV series, offering an informed look at everyday life and emotions.
