STEFANO SCARAFIA

Il documentario racconta la storia di Floriano Turco, da assicuratore ad apicultore, e delle sue api, che producono un miele unico di alta montagna.

This documentary tells the story of Floriano Turco, an insurer who became a beekeeper, and his bees, which produce an exclusive honey of high mountainous areas.

Stefano Scarafia si è laureato in Architettura al Politecnico di Torino.  Cofondatore di Bodà, ha realizzato numerosi documentari, tra cui Gente di Terra Madre (con Paolo Casalis, 2009), Giovanieforti (2010), Living Food Communities (con Francesco Amato, 2012), Pokot Ash Yogurt (2012) Couscous Island (2013). Nel 2009 ha realizzato il suo primo lungometraggio Il corridore.

Stefano Scarafia graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico in Turin.
