Can soccer, a collective ritual that pulses with passion and sharing, be told by the cinematic gaze?
What if the green rectangle became a stage for stories that transcend mere agonism, exploring the most intimate and complex folds of existence?

Fuorifuoco, the thematic selection of Ennesimo Film Festival, born out of synergy with local sports clubs, challenges the way to approach soccer. In the 2025 edition, sport becomes a narrative pretext to investigate current and universal issues including inclusion, the parent-child relationship and friendship. Films that tell the story of women’s soccer, the sport with its rivalries and possibilities for revenge. Soccer then becomes a mirror of conflicts and misunderstandings, and chronicles economic difficulties that test bonds and resilience. The young athletes from the A.C. Fiorano, G.S. Libertas Fiorano, S.C. Ubersetto, ASD Junior Fiorano and Gs Spezzanese teams, with their passion and their pure gaze, will be responsible for choosing the film that best embodies the soul of the sport, in an evening that celebrates cinema as an art capable of capturing the essence of soccer, and soccer as a metaphor for life, with its victories and defeats, its joys and sorrows.
