These are the words used by the jury Non è l’Ennesimo festivalfilosofia to award the Freedom
Mention to Astrid Askberger‘s film, THE WALL

This Swedish short film was one of the three Italian premieres that we screened during our event
at festivalfilosofia 2021. Here’s the film described by one of the jurors, Ermete Labbadia: “Most people would perceive a restriction or an obstacle as a limitation of their freedom, but
paradoxically, some others might see them as a way to let their creativity and their poetry spark, and increase their desire to feel free”.

The jury also awarded a Special Mention to another Italian première: ESCAPE by the Russian filmmaker Alexander Gavrilov.
